If the puppy you receive does not match the description on our website, you may request a full refund within 2 days of purchase after your veterinarian examines the puppy.

This policy applies only to the original buyer and is not transferable.

We operate as a closed pet home family, which means we do not allow outside dogs into our home, and we do not take our dogs to other homes. This policy helps us maintain a safe and healthy environment for all our puppies.

Our relationship with you does not end once you take your Samoyed puppy home. As dog lovers, we want every puppy to live a happy and healthy life in its new home. However, several factors affect a puppy’s health, including genetics, exercise, nutrition, and overall care, which we cannot fully control. While no breeder can guarantee that a puppy will never develop a health problem, we do our best to ensure that your new family member leaves our home healthy.

Within 3–5 days of receiving your puppy, you must take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian for a health check. If your veterinarian discovers within 14 days of purchase that the puppy has an illness contracted before delivery, you must contact us immediately.

We guarantee that all our puppies leave our home healthy, safe, and free from signs of infection at the time of shipment.

We understand that puppies quickly become beloved members of the family and cannot truly be replaced. However, if the puppy dies within one year of purchase or develops a serious hereditary health disorder within one year that severely affects its quality of life, we will replace the puppy with another of equal value at no cost to you.

A licensed veterinarian must certify the cause, and you must send us a copy of the official health report by email.

Nothing makes us happier than knowing that one of our puppies has brought joy to your home. To help keep your puppy healthy, please follow these guidelines:

Send us a copy of the veterinary health examination report within 14 business days after receiving your puppy.

A licensed veterinarian must perform the examination.

Your puppy will arrive with age-appropriate vaccinations, so you do not need to vaccinate the puppy again immediately.

We deworm and vaccinate all puppies before shipping. Please continue proper deworming and regular veterinary checkups until the puppy reaches 16 weeks of age or as your veterinarian recommends.

Following these steps will help ensure your puppy grows into a healthy and happy companion.
